These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Support LoCal website. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) use the site in violation of any law, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its infrastructure, or another user’s data, (c) interfere with or disrupt the site or its underlying networks, (d) scrape, harvest, or attempt to reverse-engineer the site or any data displayed on it, or (e) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
2. Content and intellectual property
The site, its design, code, text, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by Support LoCal or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Campaign materials remain the property of their respective clients. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any portion of the site without our prior written permission.
3. Third-party links and destinations
The site may contain links to third-party websites, including QR code redirects to campaign advertisers. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of any third-party site.
4. No warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS.
5. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SUPPORT LOCAL, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Support LoCal and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or liability (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the site or your violation of these Terms.
7. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after we post revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
